Trained by world renowned Hypnotherapist, Marisa Peer; what drew me to learn the RTT method was its ability to empower clients to change their lives for the better (including my own) in just a few sessions. Unlike traditional methods that focus on coping with symptoms, RTT works at a deeper level to release old patterns and replace them with empowering beliefs.

Frequently Asked Questions
What Does RTT Help With?
Useful knowledge about the Mind and Body:
Did you know that the typical person only uses about 5% of their conscious mind? The remaining 95% is subconscious and used to run your body in various ways. Breathing, for example: you don't think about how to breathe, your body just does it naturally; this is because your subconscious is running the show.
Did you also know that most habits, beliefs and imprints are formed by the time you're 7 years old? Yep, that's right, 7... so all those times you wondered why you or someone else were acting like a toddler, it's because mentally and emotionally, in that instance, they WERE a toddler!
Dr Bruce Lipton, pioneer in epigenetic's says, "Our perception of the environment, not the environment itself, determines our health".
Significant trauma can cause disruptions, affecting your mood, reactions, health, and susceptibility to conditions. The good news is, trauma’s effect on genes can be adjusted and we can reshape our responses in healthier ways, creating beneficial impacts for ourselves, families and future generations.

Here is where RTT fits in:
Experiences that were chaotic or harmful at any age, often leave invisible marks on us—marks that shape our thoughts, behaviors, patterns and beliefs. Which often stay with us, hidden in our subconscious, convincing us that they still serve a purpose. RTT engages with the subconscious mind and offers a powerful solution to help you recognize and let go of outdated beliefs.
When you shift your beliefs at this deeper level, you'll begin to see changes in your thoughts, habits, and overall life.

RTT helps to identify and release the emotional blockages stored in the following 7 common areas (not an exhaustive list) by communicating with the subconscious mind. It addresses the root cause allowing for change to occur and helping reduce stress, alleviate chronic pain, and restore balance to the body, mind, and spirit.
The role of an RTT practitioner is not to directly heal clients but instead, aide them in identifying and addressing the trapped or repressed emotions in their bodies. This method allows individuals to arm themselves with self-healing techniques that are essential for pursuing a healthier and more productive lifestyle.

1. Anxiety & Stress
Where it’s stored: Frequently manifests physical tightness or constriction in the chest and in the stomach as digestive issues, such as bloating, cramps, or nausea.
2. Self-Doubt & Low Confidence
Where it’s stored: Feelings of low self-worth are often stored in the solar plexus (the area above the navel) and throat. The solar plexus is the body’s power center, and when people feel disempowered or unsure of themselves, they may experience tightness or discomfort in this region. Causing issues such as acid reflux or IBS, as well as difficulty to express oneself verbally.
3. Depression & Emotional Pain
Where it’s stored: Depression is often linked to the heart and lower back. The heart, symbolically tied to emotional pain, grief, or sadness, can become physically heavy, causing chest tightness or even heart palpitations. The lower back, representing stability and support, can ache or feel “broken” when someone feels emotionally drained. Causing issues such as fatigue, sleep disturbances, and chronic pain and inflammation.
4. Unresolved Trauma & PTSD
Where it’s stored: Trauma, particularly unresolved or repressed memories, can create deep tension in the neck, shoulders, and hips. These are areas where people unconsciously “hold” the emotional weight of traumatic events can lead to chronic pain, headaches, and even migraines. In the hips, trauma can manifest as tightness or a limited range of motion, affecting mobility and posture.
5. Addictive Behaviors
Where it’s stored: Addictive behaviors are often stored in the gut and mouth. The gut is frequently referred to as the "second brain," and emotional states like addiction are closely tied to digestive health. Additionally, compulsive behaviors like smoking or overeating can manifest physically through the mouth (e.g., cravings, oral fixation). These behaviors whether related to alcohol, drugs, or overeating—can impair liver function, increase inflammation, and compromise heart health.
6. Weight Loss & Body Image Issues
Where it’s stored: Weight-related emotional issues are often stored in the abdomen and hips, as these areas are associated with both personal identity and a sense of security or survival. Negative body image can create tension, bloating, or fat storage in these areas. Chronic stress in these areas can impair hormonal balance, making it harder for individuals to lose weight or maintain a healthy weight.
7. Relationship Challenges
Where it’s stored: Relationship challenges, particularly unresolved emotional wounds, can be stored in the chest (heart space), throat (difficulty communicating), and pelvis (representing intimacy and vulnerability). When these energy blocks persist, they can affect emotional and physical intimacy, leading to issues like low libido or difficulty trusting others.
